Phantom shares / phantom equityContractual economic upside without immediate real shares.
Future option / future equity rightPossible future equity or option path when the company structure supports it.
Real shares / optionsLater formal equity instruments, only after legal/company setup.
Deferred Cash BonusCash bonus payable after a milestone or revenue event.
Sweat Equity PointsInternal contribution points; not cash or legal equity by default.
