Phantom shares / phantom equity	Contractual economic upside without immediate real shares.
Future option / future equity right	Possible future equity or option path when the company structure supports it.
Real shares / options	Later formal equity instruments, only after legal/company setup.
Deferred Cash Bonus	Cash bonus payable after a milestone or revenue event.
Sweat Equity Points	Internal contribution points; not cash or legal equity by default.
Revenue Share	Contractual share of defined revenue, usually scoped by region/product/customer.
Milestone Bonus	Payment triggered by a defined milestone.
Regional Revenue Share	Revenue share tied to a specific market or region.
B2B contractor	Contractor paid through a reviewed commercial agreement and invoice process.
