Professional Review Rule
Before live billing, formal hiring, equity promises, China operations, EU data processing at scale, investor onboarding, or marketplace revenue sharing, review the relevant materials with qualified professionals:
- gestor or accountant;
- lawyer;
- immigration professional when relocation or work authorization is involved;
- payment and tax advisor when money movement begins;
- data protection specialist when GDPR or China-facing processing becomes real.
Public Split Rule
Public docs may be split out later. The public docs should explain product usage, developer experience, app model, SDK, and public roadmap. They should not expose internal commercial war-room notes, contributor incentive drafts, or sensitive operating assumptions.
