Style Packs
Style Packs are future design directions that sit on top of Prox OS tokens and app layout rules.
Style Packs are future design directions that sit on top of Prox OS tokens and app layout rules.
Early examples:
- Prox Native;
- Material-inspired;
- Fluent-inspired;
- Ant-inspired;
- Liquid Glass-inspired;
- Bento;
- Terminal;
- Retro OS;
- Game UI.
The inspired label is deliberate. It means the style pack borrows high-level product lessons from a reference ecosystem while keeping Prox OS token names, density rules, app contract, and visual identity.
Style packs should define:
- colors and surface behavior;
- radius;
- density;
- motion;
- best-fit app categories;
- accessibility constraints;
- when the style should not be used.
No style pack should bypass --os-* tokens or create a second design language for core OS surfaces.
