/app-os/sponsor is the OS-level funding and supporter transparency surface for Prox OS.

Why It Exists

Prox OS is an early independent project. The Sponsor App gives the project a sincere place to ask for support without pretending that mock metrics are live revenue or that future high-cost cloud services are already included.

The app complements, rather than replaces, existing /app-os/tips, Pricing, and Badges surfaces:

• Tips remains a lightweight supporter and tip-tier mock.
• Pricing explains commercial packaging and eligible Lifetime scope.
• Badges can represent Lifetime Supporter, Early Seed User, and Proxied Space Pioneer status.
• Sponsor focuses on funding narrative, supporter tiers, mock metrics, and developer-facing operating data.

Current UI

• Early funding banner with a calm urgency, goal progress, and trust notes.
• Supporter view with one-time, monthly, and Founder Lifetime-style tiers.
• Developer view with mock subscribers, donations, total donated, monthly support, cost categories, and recent supporter events.
• Clear copy that future metered AI, heavy backend crawling, enterprise SSO, team compliance, and high-cost storage may be separate.

Data Boundary

All metrics are mock data today. A future backend should separate subscriptions, donations, refunds, taxes, platform fees, plan entitlements, and public reporting before any real funding numbers are displayed.
