Health & Fitness Connector

Purpose

Health & Fitness Connector is a sensitive wellness placeholder for routine planning, energy-aware workspace suggestions, and user-owned daily summaries.

Boundary

It is not Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin, a medical app, a clinician, or a diagnostic system.

Current MVP UI

• Sensitive data warning.
• Provider cards for Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin, and Manual Wellness placeholders.
• Mock wellness dashboard for sleep, steps, workouts, mood check-in, AI context, and safety note.

Mock Data Model

The UI uses mock daily wellness summaries only. It does not read or infer real health data.

Future Connectors

Future work may add explicit health summary consent, provider adapters, wellness check-ins, and routine planning summaries.

Alma Capabilities

Alma can later suggest routine planning from approved summaries, but it must not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical advice.

Permission Boundaries

Wellness metadata, daily summaries, medical records, and writes are separate scopes. Medical data is disabled by default.

Backend Status

No health API, wearable provider, medical data read, backend route, database schema, or diagnosis engine exists.

Security And Privacy

Health data is highly sensitive. Future connectors need explicit consent, redaction, audit logs, and strong non-medical boundaries.
